I remeber going to an exhibition here in India where artist from different genres were given waste material such as old tyre tubes, broken glasses etc. and they created some wonderful masterpeieces...

In a city called Chandigarh in Indai there is a complete garden of human sculptures made from broken glasses, bangles, sewage pipes etc.

The figures are very beautiful and no one can even tell that they are made from waste...

My uncle has I guess what you would call a garage sale store. He did this last year. He made a big sculpture for the front of the local hotel that was made out of the odds and ends that he hadn't been able to sell in the store.

hey that seems to be a very nice idea...I too have started collecting junks like broken vessels, toys etc and plan to make something out of it...does someone know of a helpful site to make something from junks....
