Oregon rules!!! I remember when PGE starting selling its customers completely green energy for only 10% more than their normal rates. Portlanders were happy to pay more for green energy. I know I sure was! I think if given the choice most people would choose clean earth friendly energy.

Of course there are people who are making a fuss about proposed wave energy because they might see bits of it offshore; but I am willing to sacrifice a little of my precious ocean view for the good of all.
